RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be completely satisfied with your DALLY purchase.

Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that they are unworn, unused, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached.

To request a return or exchange, please contact us before sending the item back.

RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photos of the item. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow additional processing time for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Items that have been worn, washed, damaged after delivery, or are missing their original tags cannot be returned or exchanged.
