Welcome to DALLY. By visiting our website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Products & Availability
All DALLY products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products, prices, collections, or promotions at any time without prior notice.

We make every effort to display product colors, details, and images as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen settings.

2. Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.

DALLY reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, or product unavailability. If payment has already been made for a cancelled order, the applicable amount will be refunded.

3. Payments
Orders must be paid using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

All payments are processed securely through our authorized third-party payment providers. DALLY does not store customers’ full payment card details.

4. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped from Yerevan, Armenia.

Delivery times and shipping costs depend on the destination and shipping method selected. International orders are typically delivered within 7–12 business days after dispatch.

Customs procedures or circumstances outside DALLY’s control may occasionally cause delays.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

5. Customs & Import Charges
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their destination country.

6. Returns & Refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including DALLY branding, logos, original designs, photography, graphics, text, and other original materials, is owned by or licensed to DALLY where applicable and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without permission.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, DALLY is not responsible for indirect losses or delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, payment providers, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
